All returns for BizOpGear.com are handled through Printify. Please note the following:
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. Printify will process a free reprint or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
As products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not supported for incorrect sizing, color, or change of mind. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
